I got a call today. A realtor wants to show our house Wednesday at lunch time. This really has put a smile on our faces. Some of ya'll might be thinking, so what it is just a show. You have no idea what it is like selling a house in this market. You just get excited that people are actually coming to look at it. Nobody has been to see it in about a month. I am so tired of keeping the house cleaned up every single day.
I am still open to any tips on selling a house.
